What is required to rent one of your properties?
We require a credit check, criminal background check, and proof of income.

What if I have bad credit?
Our general requirement is a credit score of 600 or above. We also recognize that sometimes life happens and on occasion will make an exception provided there is proof of sufficient income.

Do you allow pets?
Generally yes, though this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do have a pet fee of $10 per pet / per month for each pet housed. For example, if you have (2) dogs, rent would be an additional $20 per month.

Do you accept rental assistance / Section 8 vouchers?
Yes - we are happy to accept vouchers from organizations like the HRA, Mahube-Otwa, and other community organizations.

How do I set up a showing for one of your properties?
If you would like to view one of our properties, please visit our Schedule Showing page to complete the request form. Once received, we will be in touch to set up a time to view. The day of the showing, we will call to verify the showing within one hour prior to the scheduled time. If we are not able to reach you to confirm, the showing will be cancelled.
